MATCH PREVIEW | Spennymoor Town

A hint of de ja vu set in as Matt Urwin dived down to save another penalty against Spennymoor on Boxing Day, they truly must be sick of the site of our shot stopper. The Magpies came away with a fantastic 0-2 victory at The Brewery Field, a ground where, historically, we’ve not picked up many points from, and continued an excellent run of only one defeat in the last twelve games. For the Moors, that defeat made it just one win in six National League North outings and an exit from the FA Trophy 1-3 to Mickleover Sports on November 18.
