We are only a few games into the 2024/25 season but we want to take this opportunity provide all Chorley FC supporters with information on the organisation of away travel after the two games that we have played away from Victory Park.
The first game of the season away at Peterborough Sports made a loss of £644.50 with the transport being used by 17 supporters. At the time of writing this article, we are due to lose another £619 after this weekends trip to Scunthorpe United.
Over the last two close seasons we have organised a fan survey asking supporters how they could be enticed to follow The Magpies away from home and the outcome was away travel with 40% of answers receive stating this - With the rest citing other commitments when Chorley play away.
Unfortunately Magpies Trust cannot financially sustain the coaches for over £600 loses on each away trip. We want as many people to support the lads away from home as possible and the family friendly away service we run allows this to happen at an affordable price. We can now confirm the following information for the Oxford City fixture taking place at the end of August.

Other information
- The coach is fitted with WC facilities.
- No supporter under the age of 16 is permitted to travel on the coach without a responsible adult.
- All official away travel is non-refundable unless changes made by the Trust affect the availability of those traveling.
- The coach will depart at the times listed above and will not be able to wait for latecomers - Please arrive in advance of departure time.
- Strictly no alcohol is permitted on the coach whether this be closed or open.
